SHIPPING QUESTIONS
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Divulge Beauty offers free shipping for US customers on all full size orders!!!
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
Every order at Divulge Beauty is a priority. We aim to ship every order within 48-72 hours of it being placed, however sometimes it may take longer due to carrier pickup.
WHEN DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been processed and shipped. Please allow at least 48-72 hours after we supply the tracking details for them to register on the system.
If for some reason the tracking isn't working from our email confirmation, you can also try our secondary option and enter your tracking # by clicking here.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days depending on where you are located in the United States, this is not including the processing time.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?
Absolutely! When you submit your personal information during checkout, the data is encrypted and sent over a secure connection to our server, and our platform and partner is on Shopify.
WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Sometimes our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

MY ADDRESS WASN'T ENTERED CORRECTLY, CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address, Divulge Beauty can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
If you contact us and your order hasn't been shipped we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses if it has already been shipped. Please enter your address carefully and double check once you are at our checkout page before completing your order.
ARE YOU AVAILABLE IN ANY OTHER COUNTRIES?
Currently, we are only available in the United States. We used to be on Amazon U.S. however we have moved away from that platform.
RETURN & EXCHANGE QUESTIONS?
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you're unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, and wish to return it, please do so, unopened via tracked shipping within 30 days of your purchase. We will gladly refund your order if there's a mix up. We will not be able to do anything about the order once 30 days has passed.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange opened or used products. Our products are not usable after returns due to the nature of our business, this is why we offer samples on all of our products.

HOW DO I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled or changed.
If 24 hours has passed since you have placed your order or you have received a shipping confirmation, that means the order has been sent and the order can no longer be canceled. Once shipped, there is nothing we can do to re-route the package.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVED DAMAGED?
If you think you received a faulty or damaged product, you can exchange your order within 10 days of purchase to our warehouse for a speedy replacement. Please note, that returns must be unopened and in the original packaging. Please contact us for a shipping label and we will take care of you, please email a picture if its been damaged in transit!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your item we process your refund within 24 hours. Depending on your bank, refunds can take between 3-5 working days to show in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please contact us.
As soon as we have processed your refund, we'll drop you an email to confirm this has been done.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
IS IT SAFE TO USE WHILE I'M PREGNANT?
Our entire product line is safe for pregnant women to use. However, always check with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.
DO YOU TEST YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?
Never have and never will, we do not test our products on animals!
HOW LONG IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Generally, our products have a shelf-life of 18-24 months from the date of manufacture, and 12 months once open. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.

DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF AUTHORIZED RESELLERS?
Currently only divulgebeauty.com is the EXCLUSIVE destination for Divulge Beauty products. Please use caution when purchasing from any reseller that is not authorized for any skincare/beauty brand. We were previously on Amazon, but no longer carry our products on that platform.
