I like how lightweight the product is. I also love how it has cleared up my face. I'll be ordering again for my daughter and I.

I may be in my latter days and need to use a lot more rich and creamy moisturizers compared to what I use to have to be very cautious with back in my youth, but I still suffer from the occasional breakout, especially now having to wear a mask everywhere. I'd say that I'd break into my old bag of tricks, but we never had all of these wonderful products that are on the market today. Products that actually work and don't end up exacerbating the problem, which many of them back then did. This is one of those newer products that does wonders on problematic skin. My mask caused me to breakout on my nose. Yeah, one of those Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer type pimples. I applied a nice dose of this all over my nose, which sometimes still gets a bit oily, and it killed that thing dead in only one application. Believe me, I was impressed.Of course, it may take more for you, depending on the type and other aspects of your skin. Use it liberally in problematic areas to make sure you are getting enough of what you need. I found that it didn't really absorb right away and I had a tiny bit of product left on the surface. I knew that I did not want to rub the excess away because I needed to use an amount that would get in and do the job. For the rest of my nose, I did spread it around so that it absorbed right away and left a clear surface. But at the site of the pimple, I allowed a little of this cream to set and take its time to absorb, which it eventually did. Paid off because it did exactly what it was supposed to do and destroyed that little devil. The can is a bit small for the somewhat high price, but this stuff does work.

• Dries clear• Effective against any kind of acne• Doesn’t overdry skin• Cruelty- freeWhenever I have any kind of break out, benzyl peroxide is always my go to. I find it most effective compared with any other kind of acting medication. I’ve heard research stating that lower concentrations of BP are just as effective as 10% which is the highest you can get OTC, without risking dryness or irritation. So this is definitely a good option for those who are new to BP or already implement it in the regimen. This didn’t dry my skin out and I really like how it dries clear so I can wear it during the day. I do think the price is a bit high for the amount that you get, and compared to other brands. But it does work well and seems to have a great formulation.

So here's the story: a horrible cystic acne - round and swollen on my chin - 2 of them to be exact. Previously had $200 deep cleansing facial done with peel. That acne was there after my period. Did I do the facial too soon after period and facial aggravated it?! Me fiddling with it and furiously trying to remove the unforeseen white pasty something keeping it red, swollen and angry to no avail. <whew>So the first time I used this Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment Clear Gel Cream on it I had low expectations. The cystic acne is already red, swollen and angry - what other unfortunate can happen with this cream. After applying this cream, maybe 30 mins later the redness and swollen went down. I thought NAHHH, that's just a coincidence no way... That evening, I put some more. The following morning I applied again. By the third day, shocker of shockers - the redness and swollen went down a bit and I was actually able to get to that horrible pasty thing causing it to be swollen and red! This cream dried my cystic acne to get the to nasty bottom of things. Anyway, I'm VERY impressed with this Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment Clear Gel Cream.

Since having to wear a face mask daily, I have breakouts on a pretty regular basis. Lately I've had frequent chin breakouts. I have been using Divulge twice a day only on the pimples I have and I can tell it is working, but it is working slowly. I was hoping this product would be as good as Persa Gel by Clean & Clear, but it seems to be a little weaker. I'm not crazy about the pump as it dispenses way more product than I need, but there is a lot of product in the bottle. I apply with a q-tip and it dries quickly. So far, I haven't had any irritation or peeling from this treatment which is a big plus. My skin is normally very sensitive to acne treatment. Seems to be a nice and gentle acne treatment that just requires a little patience and diligence.

If you suffer from acne then benzoyl peroxide is actually really important to prevent overgrowth of bacteria so I’ve been using it on and off for those bouts of acne breakouts. This particular bottle is made of fairly cheap plastic but it’s not impeding on its function when pumping the yellow liquid gel content.I found that the 5% and 10% benzoyl peroxide actually dries my skin too much so I’ve always resorted to the lower concentration like this one. I have to say that when you start on day one or two you may not see a lot of difference until few more days so as to stop the red pimples for overgrowing. The price is a bit expensive for the small bottle in my opinion since it’s only 1 oz and it’s actually only 2.8% of benzoyl peroxide.

Sadly, I've suffered from acne for about 45 years, with no end in sight. Benzoyl peroxide has been my mainstay all these years. I've had forays into topical antibiotics and other products, but benzoyl peroxide is still the best for me and I'll never give it up. I used to use the maximum dosage (10%) but find 2%-ish is fine now. This gel comes out of the bottle milky white, but goes on clear. It dries somewhat shiny, which doesn't matter to me since I put foundation on top. Works well to prevent breakouts. I like it.

i don’t get breakouts or cystic pimples often but when i do i like to have a stash of spot application zit products on hand. it doesn’t work super fast but when you double with a pimple patch and whatever other zit products u might have, this is still better than doing nothing, so i like it. don’t expect miracles but helps speed up the healing a little. not bad but nothing amazing. works as well as other zit products similar to this.

I do not have acne as frequently as I used to. But when they do occur it is helpful to have a good product on hand that can help dry them out so they get away quickly. This small bottle contains 2.8% benzoyl peroxide that will help dry out the excess oil and rid of pimple sooner and quicker. It can be used by any age and any gender.
Thumbs up
I have cystic acne and this product has seemed to improve it. The inflammation has went down and I have noticed it preventing new breakouts. It hasn't dried out my skin like most BP products. However, I do moisturize after every application. The only dislikes I have for this product is the price. It seems kind of high for the amount of product given.

its called a cream, but this is more like a clear gel. It absorbs pretty quickly, and it doesn't irritate my skin or break me out. The cream is so soothing and so gentle, and there isn't a scent (which I personally prefer). My skin has become smoother and some scarring has faded, but what is nice is that it doesn't add extra oil/grease to your face. This is a gel, not a proper cream. If you use this on your face, be sure to follow up with an actual moisturizer.

I got this acne spot treatment for my 13 year old daughter who struggles with hormonal break outs and she loves it. It helps reduce the size and redness of her pimples and they heal much quicker than with just using acne wash morning and night.

This is an effective benzoyl peroxide treatment. It goes on easily, dries clear, and doesn't irritate my skin. It has a slightly higher concentration of benzoyl peroxide (2.8%) compared with similar topical treatments (2.5%). It's much lower than the spot treatments, which usually have either 5% or 10% benzoyl peroxide. The downside is the scent. I don't care for it much -- it's a sort of medicinal botanical scent that is unappealing. In contrast, other similar topicals I've have a much nicer scent. The scent is noticeable when applying it, but it dissipates within a few minutes after application. Still, I much prefer the scent of other similar products. One star down for the scent, but otherwise, an effective treatment that is easy to use and does not cause redness or skin irritation.

This benzoyl peroxide spot treatment does have a slight scent while it's not the best smelling, it is also not unpleasant but luckily it does fade away quickly. The consistency is like an opaque gel. I'm not sure if I like the packaging because I find it slightly difficult to pump a small amount of product. I always get a little bit too much no matter how careful I am in trying to press half a pump. I just don't like wasting product. This is a gentle formula that did not cause any skin reaction or cause excessive drying. I do normally use a higher percentage of benzoyl peroxide daily as a preventative treatment.

Divulge Beauty is a US based cruelty-free skincare company, with a no-frills aesthetic that appears to be marketed for all genders. This is a new-to-me brand that I discovered while searching Amazon for topicals. The product that caught my eye is this Benzoyl Peroxide (BPO) clearing gel formulated with micronized BPO. Micronized BPO is Benzoyl Peroxide of a smaller particle size which aids in deeper delivery of the active ingredient. The concentration of BPO in this product is 2.8%, an amount proven effective to treat acne breakouts without massive skin irritation like the dryness/flaking/peeling that occurs with BPO at higher percentages. Directions state to begin using this product every other day, increasing to daily application once your skin adapts, and to always use sunscreen during treatment. BPO increases sun sensitivity, so do not skip SPF.This BPO gel is packaged in a dark plastic bottle with an airless pump, which keeps the ingredients inside sterile and protected from light & air. Product is easily dispensed by simply pushing down on the bottle top. The gel itself is translucent white, with a watery texture. It's very lightweight, virtually odorless, and absorbs quickly into the skin with no stickiness. BPO is a known bleaching agent, so exercise caution when using. It can bleach your sheets, clothes, and hair.I've been using this gel to spot treat hormonal acne breakouts. It speeds up the healing process by double, versus if I hadn't treated the blemishes at all. My skin is very sensitive and product reactive, but this product is surprisingly gentle and hasn't caused me any irritation. (You can always buffer your actives by applying some moisturizer first, if irritation is an issue). I think this gel would be great as an overnight mask, if needed to treat acne all over. I do think the price is a bit inflated, and for that I've docked a star. If this was in the $10-$12 range, I'd definitely repurchase!PROS:+ Sterile packaging+ Easy to dispense+ Gel formula absorbs quickly+ Not sticky/No odor+ Undetectable on the skin+ Gentle but very effective+ No skin irritation!CONS:- Price is a bit inflated (for me)

This is a very small bottle of Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment Clear Gel Cream, but I like that it's gentler than a lot of other acne products out there. My youngest son has a small bout of acne forming and I didn't want to start with something too harsh for his skin - so this is actually perfect. After several days of using it, we can see some good results. For milder cases of acne, this is a nice choice - but note how small the quantity actually is prior to purchasing, as it seems a little on the steep side for the amount you're receiving. The product is white but goes on clear, and it absorbs into the skin fairly quickly. I also like that it seems to be mildly moisturizing without making things more oily. Overall, it's not a bad product and does work in a more gentle manner. YMMV.
